1 hour experience in which you will learn through an interactive and entertaining way the process of production, origins and types of Jamón. It includes audiovisual tour and tasting of 6 great hand carved hams done by professional carvers and paired with cava, beer or wine.

INTERACTIVE EXHIBITION
Designed in collaboration with the renowned architect Dani Freixas (National Prize of Architecture and Chair of the Awards FAD), consists on 8 audiovisual rooms where visitors will learn the handmade methodology of Iberian Jamón.

TASTING TABLE
It is a very special and unique moment, where you can try the 6 types of ham: Reserve, Iberian, and the four designations of origin: Huelva, Extremadura, Guijuelo and Valle de los Pedroches.
Enjoy the explanations of our expert carvers, while enjoying the taste of the best jamón paired with wine, cava or beer.
Assisted by an audiovisual presentation through which you can follow the explanations of each type of jamón in several languages by independent TV screens for each tasting group

PRODUCT EXHIBITION
500 m2 of the best Jamón exhibition in the world in different varieties and formats.
This is a Jamón “flagship store”, unique in the world, in which you will be assisted throughout the buying process by Jamón experts.
